As part of Deal Core Property Group's growth strategy, we are on the lookout for experienced and new individuals who are competitive, ambitious self-starters, looking to put 150% into their careers to join our rapidly growing Commercial & Industrial Real Estate Team based at our Westville Offices.

Qualifications

The ideal candidates must have the ability to succeed within a sales environment whilst maintaining an analytical mind-set and be able to stay calm under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.

Additionally, the candidate should have the following:

• Have at least 1 years' experience in commercial property, leasing, sales or management.
• Interpersonal skills - strong listening, speaking, communication, organization and presentation skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, self-starter
• Disciplined, focused, and a true team player
• Eagerness and temperament to participate in a fast-paced/high volume work environment
• Shows ability to source and build a book of clients for long-term growth
• Computer Literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Previous Commercial & Industrial Property knowledge an advantage
• Your own reliable transport, laptop, and smartphone are non-negotiable.

Duties:

• Customer Relationship Management via telephone, email and mobile
• Maintain and develop a computerised database
• Networking with landlords, tenants, and other commercial property stakeholders
• Canvass for vacancies and opportunities within the commercial and industrial property arena
• Conclude sales & leasing negotiations/transactions
• Implement digital marketing execution and strategy, maintain property listings
• Facilitating and executing property viewings with clients
• Maintain a knowledge of inventory on the market
• Keeping abreast with latest market trends and sales/marketing strategies
• Maintain day to day activities that are required to the build-up of successful transactions.
