Welcome to the first edition of the Deal Core Group’s Newsletter. This monthly newsletter aims to keep you up to date with new deals, opportunities, news and team movements from across commercial and industrial property sectors within the greater Durban area.     

The Deal Core Group last year decided to completely step out of the auction industry and now focuses solely on sales and leasing within the commercial and industrial property sectors. Our team comprises a staff of eight with the depth and breadth of experience to complete transactional assignments that meet or exceed clients’ expectations. Our teams are area specific and cover both landlord and tenant along with buyer and seller requirements.

It is common knowledge that the South African economy has been wrestling with some serious structural and cyclical challenges over the past few years. Despite the prevailing conditions, the Deal Core Group has managed to keep ahead of the game and have successfully conclude approximately 60 000m² of warehousing leases, 5000m² of office leases and not but least, it fair share of sales.

The year ahead is likely to be tougher than the past, yet we remain optimistic that the Deal Core Group is well positioned to within its respective markets and will continue to be an industry leader in the KZN markets.
